I love rubber stamping! (but I didn't know it until I met Erin)

There are a great many things that I enjoy. One of the most delightful hobbies I have is scrapbooking and cardmaking. I learned so much about Rubber Stamping with Stampin Up! from my friend, Erin, who sells the Stampin Up! stamps. She taught me all kinds of techniques and ideas which really inspired me to create more and more.

I love variety and I am able to use these stamps in so many different ways.

Erin taught me a lot about how to use the rubber stamps in different ways to achieve a variety of looks, too. Whether it is using the Versamark stamp pad and making my cardstock look like it has watermarks – or – stamping an image and using the water color pencils for a softer look, there is so much versatility with these stamps.

One of the other things that I really like is the catalog. It isn't because I can drool over all of the amazing stamps, either. It is because there are pages and pages of ideas and gorgeous color pictures. I can see what can be done with the various sets of stamps.

The best thing about all of this isn't the rubber stamps and it isn't the techniques, it's really Erin herself. She is such a sweet and friendly person. She will go out of her way to make sure you are happy with your products and that you know how to use them.

Do you like going to crops?

About once per month, she also holds a scrapbooking/cardmaking day so that people like you and me can get together in a nice environment and create whatever we want for hours and hours. Erin may be working on her own projects, too, but she will gladly take time to show you how to achieve a certain look or try a new product. She's also great about letting people borrow her stamps when they go to the "crop".

She will probably kill me for sharing that, but I mention it just to show you what a nice person she is.
