One thing I am very familiar with is realtors. The best Oklahoma City realtor, in my opinion, is Vanessa Johnson.

Our family has moved so many times (my husband was in the Air Force and/or Air National Guard for 18 years). Throughout the years, we have had good realtors, bad realtors and ONE that went above and beyond in helping us meet our real estate needs.

Why do I say the Best Oklahoma City Realtor is definitely Vanessa Johnson? Well, she helped us so much – more than a realtor should, really. It isn't just about the contract and negotiations, either. It goes way beyond that.

For instance, when we were out of town and part of our fence fell down, Vanessa's husband repaired it. That was so amazing to me. I have never met a realtor who would do something like that. Oh, sure, they might tell you that your fence needed to be fixed, but to actually take care of it without being asked was fantastic.

There is something else you should know about the Best Oklahoma City Realtor, too. She is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Vanessa has a heart of gold.

When I first met her, it was not under the best of circumstances. Our home in South OKC had been on the market for 2 months and we were unhappy with our realtor. Perhaps it was miscommunication. Perhaps it was just bad timing for the other realtor, but we were not pleased at all. We decided to find another realtor.

In comes Vanessa with her cheery disposition and positive outlook on EVERYTHING and gave us the confidence to press on with the sale of our home. She took care of all of our needs and offered to do things for us that truly surprised me. We have now lived in 4 homes in the last 8 years, so it takes something pretty major to catch me off guard.

What Vanessa Johnson did, that no one else even suggested, was to walk around our neighborhood and meet our neighbors to let them know our home was for sale and PERSONALLY hand them a flyer about our home. No one has ever done that for us before.

That is one of the reasons I think Vanessa is the Best Oklahoma City Realtor. She should get an award for all the help she gave us.

Yes, I know she gets paid. Any realtor who sells a home gets paid. But not all realtors actually WORK to make sure a house gets sold. Vanessa was determined to sell our home for the best price possible.
